Donation Request Information


Thank you for your request for a donation from 17th Street Surf Shop. 17th Street is actively involved in supporting many community and educational organizations. These requests have added up to thousands of dollars annually and must be budgeted throughout the year. If your school/organization is interested in applying for a donation please follow the guidelines below:

• All requests must be submitted in writing.
• There are two ways you can submit your written request. You send it via email to donations@17thst.com or via mail to Haylon Corporation

• All requests must be submitted 60 days in advance
• State the name, date, and location of the event
• Give a detailed description of the event
• Estimated number of people that will be attending
• Type of donation you are requesting
• Benefiting organization
• Contact information

Due to the sheer volume of requests, the Donation Committee reviews all donations on a monthly basis. Please make sure you have met the above guidelines to ensure we are able to fully review and consider your request. Please do not contact the office to submit a request, only requests made in writing will be considered. You will be contact on the status of your donation request within 30 days of your submission.
