VERIFICATION OF ORDERS.


Some orders are subject to 17th Street's Verification procedure which means, for your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or the order and ship-to information are legitimate. This process rarely delays an order, and generally requires a simple call back.

Please note that orders shipped to an address other than the billing address are subject to verification. This is a simple process and will not delay the shipment of your order. It is a measure to ensure our customers that we are doing everything we can to protect them while shopping online with us. You may receive a call from our Customer Service Department or an email requesting you contact us to complete your order. 17th Street will only ship to your billing address, your place of busniness, or another residential address.

HOW DO YOU SHIP? AND WHAT WILL COST?


For most orders we ship USPS or UPS. All orders are shipped from Virginia Beach, VA. We have included a shipping map to give you an idea of how long it will take to receive your order from the time it ships. All APO & FPO addresses ship Parcel Post via USPS. Items ordered together may not ship together, however this is rare. 17th Street offers a flat rate of $4.99 shipping. (Standard Ground, US Addresses Only) You'll find this is one of the best deals on the web for shipping charges! Should you have any questions or special request on shipping please contact us via email or call (757) 498-3950 and ask for internet sales.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?


Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number attached. Simply, log on to the shipping companies website and track your shipment via the tracking number.

CAN I CHANGE THE INFO ON MY ACCOUNT?

YES, click on My Account and log in using your email address and password that you picked when you signed up. Once into your account, you can change shipping address and billing address info

HOW TO ORDER FROM 17TH STREET SURF SHOP:

You can place your order online and pay by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. You can, also, place a phone order by calling (757) 498-3950. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept personal checks or money orders.

CREDIT CARD:


To order by credit card, simply add your items to the online shopping cart, click the "Checkout" button and complete our online order form. Be sure to enter information for all required fields (labeled with an asterisk). Under "Select Method of Payment," choose your card type, enter your account number, expiration date and 3 or 4 digit security code. Click "Submit." The next page will be a confirmation page, showing all aspects of your order for review. If all order, shipping and billing information is correct, click "Place Your Order." You will receive an email confirming your order. You're credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship! Orders placed will usually ship within 2 business days. (Saturday and Sunday are not considered busniness days) Security Information: Our online credit card processing is secured with 128 bit encryption under a Thawte Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate. We go a step further to protect you from fraud by requiring that you enter the CVV2 or CVC2 security code printed on your credit card. This is a 3 or 4 digit number that is printed on your card, unlike the account numbers that are embossed. Requiring this information prevents anyone who may have obtained your account number and expiration date from actually processing an order on your card. You actually need your card in front of you to refer to the code and process an order. Examples of these security codes are shown below. 17th Street also may confirm certain orders by contacting you via e-mail or calling you directly.
