HOW DO I RETURN MERCHANDISE? 17thst.com will accept returns for a full refund for up to 45 days. If you need to make a return, simply fill out the return merchandise form included with your purchase or print out the online version. Fill it out completely, including your customer ID #. Please make sure to include the original manufacturer’s packaging and tags together with a copy of your receipt (do not use the manufacturer’s packaging as the return box). If you lost your invoice please print one out by accessing the order record through your personal account page. We are not responsible for the return shipping so for your protection use a traceable and insured shipping method for your return NO COD’s WILL BE ACCEPTED. All returned items will be credited back to the credit/debit card used for the order or credited to your account if a store credit or gift certificate was used as payment. Once a return is processed you’ll be notified of the details via email. Website returns are also accepted at our retail locations, proof of purchase is required. QUESTIONS REGARDING YOUR RETURN
CLOTHING • All items must be unused and include the original packaging • Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell • If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean • Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged SHOES • Shoes must not be worn and must include the original undamaged packaging • If you plan to return your shoes do not wear them after trying them on • Shoeboxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them - use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes • Once shoes have been worn they cannot be returned or exchanged SKATEBOARDS • All skateboards must be un-skated and in like-new condition • No skateboard deck is completely guaranteed • Once a skateboard has been used it cannot be returned or refunded • Once a skateboard has been assembled, its parts cannot be returned or exchanged • 17th Street Surf Shop is not responsible for actual deck color and/or dimensions • 17th Street Surf Shop does not replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks HOW DO I MAKE AND EXCHANGE? Simply go online (or call) and make your “exchange” order and write your order # on the return form. We’ll ship this new order ASAP, and once we receive you’re returned items we’ll credit you back for the items + the shipping charge on the new order. Exchanged items must me unworn, unused and in resellable condition. WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE? If you received damaged or incorrect merchandise, please give us a call or email us at your earliest convenience. If, through speaking with a customer service representative, it’s determined that we have made a mistake; we will either send UPS to have the package picked up or we will credit your card for the return postage when the package arrives back in our warehouse. Either way please note this in the "comments" section of your merchandise return slip. |
