Certain weights, measures, and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. We endeavor to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on many factors, such as your computer system and monitor, and we cannot guarantee the accurate display such colors. The inclusion of any products or services on the Websites at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time. We are not responsible for typographic errors.

Availability; Price. Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and all prices are subject to change. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter. Subject to the foregoing, the prices displayed are quoted in U.S. dollars and are effective only for United States purchases. The prices displayed do not include tax, so purchases are subject to any applicable taxes to be paid by you the purchaser; the prices displayed also do not include any shipping and handling. Orders for purchase to addresses outside the United States cannot be filled.

Order Acceptance Policy: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We are a reseller to end-users and do not accept orders online from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products purchased from us.

Lawful Use. It is your responsibility to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws (including minimum age requirements) in regard to the possession, use and sale of any item purchased from the Websites. By placing an order, you represent that the products ordered will be used only in a lawful manner.

Shipping Options: 17th Street Surf Shop uses UPS, Fed EX and USPS to ship your order.

Shipping Limitations: When an order for a product is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by you the purchaser, as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on these Websites. All purchases from the Websites are made pursuant to a shipment contract with a third person carrier. As a result, risk of loss and title for products purchased by you from these Websites pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. We assume no liability for loss of products by carriers or for late deliveries.

Payment Options: We accept major credit cards, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

Charges: When you place an order or offer on the Websites and we accept it, we will then authorize your credit card for in-stock items. This authorization will hold or block the funds on your card temporarily. The charge will be finalized when the products ship.

Sales Tax: We withhold applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the Commonwealth of Virginia. You are solely responsible for all sales tax, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other location.

Sale to End User: We sell products only to end users of those products. You may not purchase products for resale.

Third Party Products. Unless a product is expressly identified specifically as a “17th Street Surf Shop” or Haylon Corporation brand, it is a third party product. Third party products sold on the Websites are, to the greatest extent permitted by law, sold “AS IS,” consistent with our GENERAL DISCLAIMER. These products are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, and with all faults, and without express or implied warranties from us. If you have questions about third party manufacturer’s warranties, please contact us.
